So far it has been a crazy and fun Fall Football season here in Gainesville. The last three Saturdays Steve and I have hosted our out-of-town friends to stay in our apartment for game day weekends. It has been so much fun, but a lot of work for a girl who is interning full time during the week, and Steve who is a full time 3rd year law student. The Gator games have all been great. Three victorious games and many more to come! I have been sporting my best orange and blue outfits to show my team spirit. Yesterday I wore my favorite orange and blue Lilly halter dress that I also wore for my undergrad. graduation in May. Cute Boy wore his orange and blue Brooks Brothers oxford to match. We were very preppy gators and our team spirit must have helped us beat those Tennessee Vols in the swamp!
During my giveaway I was asked to spend more time talking about shopping. Since I am a professional bargain hunter I'll fill you in some of my best bargains this month. TJ Maxx is the best place to go in Gainesville for great designer names at affordable prices. Steinmart has also been a great place for steals. TJ Maxx is my most frequent stop on my afternoon commute home from school. I have found everything there from Lilly sunglasses ($34) to Michael Kors tops ($8)! A few weeks ago I bought a pair of leopard print Dr. Scholl's there for $12.99! Some people might say I have a shoe addiction. I have an entire closet devoted to my shoes. So, when I came home with those Cute Boy dared me not to by another pair of shoes for at least a month. I have held strong and not bought any shoes for the last 3 weeks! Only one week to go, and you know I'll be at TJM searching for another steal. I'll be sure to post my next purchase!
